| Monthly Rate |
| a.) The monthly rate, including all applicable adjustments, set forth in the tariff under which the participating customer is presently served will apply, in addition to: |
| b.) A renewable power premium (added charge) for all renewable power contracted for by the consumer.
The renewable power shall be purchased in 100 kWh blocks; the monthly premium for each 100 kWh block shall be the current rate* charged to the utility from the utilities wholesale power supplier for each 100 kWh block. |
