Online billing allows members to access their account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This 24/7 availability for members eliminates having to call for energy usage information and payment inquiries.
Member E-mail Notification
Members have the option of continuing to receive a paper bill or may opt to go to paperless billing. Whichever option you choose, once registered for the online billing program you will receive an e-mail notification when a new bill is generated. The e-mail includes a link for easy navigation directly to billing information. Online billing can be used to review information or to pay a bill.
Members have the option of manually paying their bill each month or they may register for automatic payment processing. A major credit card, debit card or bank account can be used for payment.
