By-Laws

The by-laws are the rules by which Columbus Electric Cooperative, its management and governing board operate.

The by-laws cover topics such as how trustees are elected, co-op membership, member and trustee meetings, the annual meeting and duties of co-op officials. They also explain how Columbus Electric disposes of revenue, capital credits and other co-op property.
